Yoga and Wellbeing Day Retreat

So excited about this one! We're teaming up with Mind Body Soul Yoga to host a mini yoga and wellbeing day retreat, designed to nourish and restore you, inside and out.  Join us in the relaxing surroundings of St Marys Church, Shalford near Guildford. To start, we will offer an introduction to ceremonial cacao where we will set our intentions for the day and new season, through a journalling exercise. Christmas Break!

Hello everyone! It's nearly that time of year again. Same as every year, we'll be having a good long break over the Christmas period. The cafe will be closed from the 23rd December up to and including the 2nd January. So our last day will be Friday 22nd December (closing at 4pm) and we will re-open at 8am on Wednesday 3rd January 2024.

Right Said Veg: our vegan supper club.

We're extremely excited to be hosting our vegan supper club, Right Said Veg, at the cafe on Thursday. It's the last of this year and sold out very quickly but we're already planning menus for January and February next year. So keep an eye out for that! The winter menu has landed!

We have a couple of new winter dishes on the menu, which will be sticking around until Spring next year. Our maple porridge is back. This time with blueberries, cherry compote, sesame and almond brittle, orange zest and cacao nibs. Cherry-chocolate-orange flavours! We also have a beautiful cauliflower and cumin fritter dish served on a tomato, chickpea, chard and olive stew. Also, back by popular demand, is the dahl... red lentil and spinach dahl with mint yoghurt and tadka. She's on the main menu! So you can order dahl every single day until Spring next year. Great news, eh?!
