So excited about this one! We're teaming up with Mind Body Soul Yoga to host a mini yoga and wellbeing day retreat, designed to nourish and restore you, inside and out. 

Join us in the relaxing surroundings of St Marys Church, Shalford near Guildford. To start, we will offer an introduction to ceremonial cacao where we will set our intentions for the day and new season, through a journalling exercise. Following this, we will practice connected breath-work to regulate the nervous system and energise our morning. Before a gentle yoga session to mobile and condition the body and a meditative relaxation practice.

The retreat is a perfect way to start the new spring season with intention and energy. Come alone and meet new people or come with friends for a shared experience. St Mary’s is a lovely venue filled with light and a heated floor if the weather is chilly. Please bring your own yoga mat. All other equipment will be provided.

We will end the retreat with a nutritious and delicious two-course vegetarian lunch from Salt the Radish, designed with optimum taste and gut-healthy pro/pre-biotic ingredients. Please notify us of any food allergies in advance as the menu cannot be changed on the day.
