Supper Clubs

We love a supper club. They give us a chance to play around with new methods of cooking and super seasonal ingredients that wouldn’t normally be found on our cafe menu. For those of you that have never been to a supper club, they’re intimate communal dinners with a set menu and tickets are purchased in advance of the evening. You will be sat on large sharing tables and we encourage everyone to get to know each other throughout the evening.

STR Supper Clubs

We run Salt the Radish supper clubs which focus on seasonality and the best quality local suppliers. Some highlights from previous events include slow cooked beef shin cavatelli, croquettas with anchovy aioli, chickpea, chard and miso broth with salsa verde and blackberry pavlova with piles of whipped cream and blackberry coulis.

We're always on the hunt for new venues in Sussex, so if you own a space that you think would be suitable then please get in touch.

Right Said Veg

We also run a vegan supper club called Right Said Veg. This is a fun and inclusive vegan dining experience celebrating vegetables in all their shapes and sizes. It's still the Salt the Radish chefs under a different guise. Every dish is packed full of flavour, you’ll leave satisfied and never hungry!
