    This gift set contains all four of our homemade spice mixes; Dukkah, Za'atar, Masala and Spiced Sugar.
    You will also gain access to four of our recipes which will give you some guidance on how to use your new spice mixes. The recipes are suitable for vegetarians and include a saag paneer curry, a Turkish egg style brunch dish, a baked feta with za'atar and honey and a warming spiced rhubarb porridge dish.
    All of our gift sets come boxed in branded packaging and we can add a hand written note to your order if you wish. Please add a note to your order when completing your purchase.
    Our spice mixes:
    • Salt the Radish Za’atar in 230ml glass jar containing dried marjoram, dried thyme, dried oregano, sumac, sesame seeds and salt. Za’atar is the perfect dried herb mix for sprinkling over roast chicken, salads or try using over yoghurt and pickles and scooping up with warm flatbreads.
    • Salt the Radish Dukkah in 230ml glass jar containing hazelnuts, fennel seeds, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, sesame seeds, nigella seeds, salt and paprika. The seeds have been toasted and then blended to achieve the perfect consistency for sprinkling over your roasted vegetables, salads, hummus or eggs.
    • Salt the Radish Masala in 230ml jar containing white poppy seeds, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, coriander seeds, black pepper, chilli flakes, cinnamon and cloves. This is a combination of ground spices that we used in our cauliflower curry at our very first Right Said Veg supper club back in 2018. It has some of the usual spices you would find in a masala spice but the addition of poppy seeds and cloves make it really aromatic and quite delicious. Try this masala in any South Asian recipe that calls for garam masala to add a different dimension to the dish.
    • Salt the Radish Spiced Sugar in 230ml glass jar containing demerara sugar, cinnamon, ginger, green cardamom seeds and nutmeg. The spices are ground so this product will dissolve nicely into any drinks or sweet dishes. We use this spiced sugar in the café in our spiced hot chocolate and as a topping for our seasonal porridge.
