    Come and join us for a morning of yoga, breath-work and relaxation, plus a delicious seasonal two-course lunch, at County Club, Guildford on Saturday October 19th 2024. Timings for the day are as follows:

    10.45am: Arrival

    11am: Welcome & Introduction With Cacao

    11.15am: Pranayama Breath-work Session

    11.45am: Gentle Flow Yoga

    12.45pm: Restorative Relaxation

    1.15pm: Lunch

    2pm: Departure

    A delicious, gut-friendly two-course lunch will be provided by Kat Halliday from Salt the Radish, using seasonal produce to reflect the change in season. Yoga, breath-work and relaxation is taught by Rachael Hill, from MindBodySoul Yoga in Guildford.

    The day is suitable for all abilities, even those who are new to yoga.
