Throughout summer we like to play around with different iced teas, like hibiscus and rose or green tea and lemon. At the end of summer our focus will turn to hot drinks but our OG iced tea: Early Grey, elderflower, lemon and mint (made with Bird and Blend Earl Grey tea) will stay on throughout the winter. Right Said Veg... Salt the Radish's very own vegan supper club, Right Said Veg, has two dates coming up: 25th August and 22nd September. We'll be serving up a new menu with 7 dishes, designed to be shared. We have corn ribs with pico de gallo and whipped feta, Moqueca style stew with corn bread, charred peppers and chimichurri and griddled pineapple with chilli lime salt. It's going to be a good one. Summer Holiday.

Summer Holiday. We're all going on a summer holiday. We'll be closed from the 1st to the 8th August. Back open on the 9th August at 8am. We close for a week in the summer every year - most of you know this by now. It means everyone can have time off together, which is very rare. This year is also special as Kat is getting married up in Yorkshire, so some of the staff will be heading up for that and we all need adequate time to prepare / recover!
