We choose to close the café over Christmas and New Year every year. We have done this since we opened in 2017 and it has become so important to us that all of the staff and the café itself gets this break, at the same time. A full closure / reset. We have even started having a summer break too, during our quietest time in August.

It’s been a tough year, tougher than 2020 perhaps? Physically harder at least, getting back into the working routine not to mention staff shortages, supply issues (packaging and carbonated drinks where are you?!), inflation and energy price hikes. But we’re feeling positive going into 2022 and we’re looking forward to starting a new year with lots of new ideas and plans for the coming months.

As always we want to thank our customers for their continued support. We appreciate you and we hope you have a wonderful time over the Christmas period whatever you choose to do.
