Pancake Day is fast approaching. Same as every year, we like to put on a pancake themed special. Even in lockdown we did make-at-home pancake kits which were really popular.
This year we're putting on two specials but not just on the 21st... we're keeping them on all week! Also our pancakes are gluten free this year. Great stuff.
We're doing an espresso caramel, chocolate crumb, orange and candied peel version as well as a more classic bacon, blueberry, yoghurt, nut and sesame brittle with maple syrup.
